Description

Notes – I was diving for an octopus for our family Easter lunch. My spot delivered once more as I searched under the ledge and there she was, an Easter gift.
I was able to show my godsons, Sam and Jules this octopus as I came out of the water, teaching them ‘the way’.
Recipe – I cooked this octopus in tomato, garlic and chilli and made a Risotto al Polpo with it. Paired with a glass of Strandveld Skaamgessigie bubbles. Buon appetito!
