Description
Location – Cape St Francis, South Africa. 34°12’24”S 24°50’07”E
Notes – I had to make the most of a gap in the weather, the flat, clear sea conditions were perfect before a crazy storm. A beautiful relaxed dive along the reef and there she was, just perched between two rocks. I was drawn to her and her to me. She silently surrendered!
Recipe – Slow cook the octopus in tomato, garlic and chilli. Serve with spaghetti and Pane di Mare ciabatta. Accompany with a cold glass of Strandveld Skaamgesiggie bubbles. Buon appetito!
