Description

Notes – This was an incredible dive. Every ledge or crevice I explored, seemed to have an octopus occupying the space. The bag limit is 2 per person per day. I was very selective and took note of the locations of the various specimens. I only needed one, this one was the perfect size.
Recipe – I slow cooked this octopus in tomato, garlic and chilli and made a Risotto al Polpo with it. Paired with a glass of Creation Chardonnay. Buon appetito!
