Notes – Octopus are my most favorite subject to hunt, catch, print and of course cook and eat! This Octopus was my reward after a very patient, 2 week long game of cat mouse.
Recipe – I made carpaccio di polpo with this beauty. Topped its thin slices with rocket and chopped tomatoes, drizzled with my homemade vinaigrette. Served with Strandveld Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc. La Dolce Vita!
