I love Cape St Francis & surrounds – I spend around 4 months a year fishing, diving & surfing in this beautiful part of the world. The ocean is alive here ! I caught these Chokka in St Francis Bay
Recipe Suggestion
I stuff the tubes with risotto & bake in tomato, garlic & chilli. Served with Pane di Mare ciabatta, garden salad & a glass of Strandveld Sauvignon Blanc. Buon appetito
