My mate Dirk, loves to fish ! He caught this Miss Lucy on a recent trip out in the bay. Up early & on the fish. We ate well this evening !

Prepared in a classic Italian style, baked in the oven with tomato, garlic, chilli, olive oil & oregano, deboned, flaked & served with spaghetti & a glass of Strandveld Sauvignon Blanc. Incredible !
